It’s hard to believe June is right around the corner and even harder to believe Sophia is a month old. In between the late night feedings, diaper changes and the occasional fussy period that comes along with a newborn, we were visited by two sets of grandparents. First, Bill and Elaine visited when Sophia was just over 2 weeks old. Despite their hesitations about their new titles, we think they will admit they love being grandparents. A week later grandma and grandpa Fairall arrived for a week long visit. It was great having two extra sets of hands around the house while Phil was at work and Sophia was spoiled with lots of cuddle time.

Other than all of our firsts with Sophia, there was other cause for celebration this month – our fourth anniversary. Two states, three homes (four if you count the hotel), one dog and one baby later, we are happy as ever and look forward to all that awaits us in the coming year.
