Who knows why Arkansas isn’t pronounced “R-Kansas” but it isn’t.  Two things we do know is that a) the Clinton Presidential Library should stay open past 5pm (we got there around 5:07 and missed it) and b) the River Market area of Little Rock is pretty neat.  There seems to be a lot of fun restaurants and bars in this area.
