The Grand August Adventure wrapped up with a stop at Point Reyes. We made a stop pit stop in Fort Brag where Will showcased his inner salty sea dog and the whole family gobbled up tasty morsels from Princess Seafood Market & Deli.
Down in Point Reyes, the weather was a bit dreary – total shocker for the Bay Area right – but we still managed to find a couple of quick hikes, find a couple of Tule elk, and find some decent food.

Point Reyes marked the final stop on the grand adventure. 2,300 miles later, the LX pulled back into the driveway in Carlsbad where life is still rad. The truck and its occupants were tired from the journey but eager for the next adventure!
