So it was a cold and blustery day and there I was… Or maybe it was all part of training.  Either way, I ended up in the middle of the bay making radio calls to the IX-514 getting cleared to land.

I had a ship ops flight today and was able to bring the camera along for the ride.  I’m in the right seat, left side of the picture as the helicopter is facing us.  Good times; surprisingly easy but it was a calm day and the boat wasn’t moving much.
