With all the work around the house plus traveling, flight planning and studying we hadn’t had much down time lately. Last weekend we took a break from the to do list and didn’t lift a finger around the house. We slept in, cooked, shopped, soaked up some sun on the beach and shared a beer or three with good friends. It was wonderful! Part of the weekend was a short trip to Rancho Bernardo Winery. It’s a small winery that’s set up like a western town. On the way out I spotted this bench and it reminded me of our wedding pictures and of course I made Phil snap a quick shot with me.

Our weekend fun is done and we are already back to work at the house…more to come on that adventure!
