Flapjacks, flags, oh yeah, and a wedding.

More travel was in the cards for July. It wasn’t even the first weekend of the month and we were back in a tin can, flying halfway across the country. This time we were headed to Minneapolis to spend some time with the families and, of course, take part in the long anticipated wedding of John and Lauren.

As always, the time spent back home was too short but the wedding was fantastic; a great locale and perfect weather. We kept the camera in the bag for the big day but we did snap some of the other exploits of the trip. Will is developing quite the interest in Star Wars to the delight of his dad. All he has seen are the original movies and he’s hooked. Needless to say he can’t pass up a life-sized Storm Trooper built from Legos!

And if that is not an American enough sounding trip, we even managed to wave some flags and watch a parade (with firetrucks) while we ate some bacon, eggs, and pancakes one morning!
