High Point – phillip&meredith

Oak Grove to High Point. Can’t claim any false advertisement on this hike. Started in the hamlet of Oak Grove (didn’t see any of the grumpy people) and then climbed 3,378 feet to “the high point.”

At said point there was a little lookout tower and a great, big view of the Cleveland National Forest to include the Palomar Observatory. All in all it was a good hike but a little on the long side; 14 miles make us Wiktor folk tired. A few more weeks until the big one!
